What are your business hours?

Our business hours are-
Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm
Saturday 8am-11:30am
Sunday 8am-9am

We are contactable out of hours via email or social media.
What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept card and cash payments.
Do you charge any fees?

We take card details to secure bookings and we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy, and anything cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 20% of the original booking price.
No shows will incur a non-refundable fee of 50% of the original booking cost.
what documentation do you need?

On collection of vans we need to see a valid driving license, proof of address and either your national insurance number or a print out of an up to date DVLA license check.
what is your fuel policy?

All of our vans are full of fuel upon collection and will need returning full.
do you have parking available on site?

We dont have parking on site. There is ample on road parking with no time restrictions but vehicles left will be at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for theft or damage.
what are your hire times?

All of our day hire's are 8am-8am unless otherwide agreed at the time of booking.

Our half day hires are either 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm but these are subject to availability on the day and cannot be pre-booked.
can i drop the van off and post the keys?

No.
Until we have been physically handed the keys, you remain liable for any damage to the vehicle.
You may leave the van near the office but we will still need the keys dropping off at 8am so we can inspect the vehicle and fuel level.
are there any limits on who can hire a van?

On our smaller vans, as long as you are 23 years old with a clean license and at least 2 years experience you will be able to hire.
On larger vans you need 25 years old or above.
We can accept license's with a maximum of 6 points for minor offences.
We carry out a full license check upon collection.
what happens if I get a speeding or parking fine?

All fees/fines for parking, speeding, bus lane, toll road, clean air zone that we receive will incur a £35+VAT admin fee from ourselves and you will also be required to pay the original fee/fine yourself.
